SAN DIEGO IDA SPRING CONFERENCE

Pricing: Members: $125; Non-members: $150. Includes continental breakfast and catered lunch.

Preview of Silent Auction Donors

The family owned company, Marie's Words will be joining us at our upcoming Spring Conference. Marie's Words is a fun and effective printed and digital vocabulary learning tool and word game that uses visual memory; it puts a "face"to each word, so memorization becomes a relation of words, ideas, pictures, and meanings instead of monotonous text. Improve language skills today with Marie's Words and command the English language! They will be there for you to talk to them and get a first hand demonstration of their product. They have also generously donated one box of vocabulary words for the conference silent auction. You will be sure to want a collection for your own!

Christine Constantinou, MA, LEP and owner of Kids In Harmony will host a table for you to come and learn more about the services she offers. Kids In Harmony provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations as well as counseling services directed at ensuring your child achieves their maximum potential in school. KIH also offers guidance and support for families struggling with their child's schools and for children in need of accommodations or modifications to their curriculum or testing.

SPOT Kids will be a sponsor at our IDA at our Spring Conference. SPOT is a privately owned and operated pediatric Speech/Language and Occupational Therapy clinic located in the Bird Rock area of La Jolla. We provide services to families in the La Jolla community as well as the greater San Diego area. We develop individualized treatment by utilizing effective interventions based on continuous assessment of your child's needs and strengths. Our goal is to work collaboratively with families and the community to assist our children in reaching their greatest potential.

Drew Wyeth, Photographer and owner of Twentyphoto7 will be donating a professional landscape photograph of San Diego to the silent auction that will be sure to astound! He specializes in wedding and family photography in the San Diego Area and will travel.

La Jolla LearningWorks is a proud sponsor of the 3rd Annual SD-IDA Spring Conference. We are a 1:1 learning center that specializes in one-on-one tutoring, test preparation, and educational therapy for students in grades K - adult. Our instructors work with individualized learning plans to tailor instruction to meet each student's unique learning profile. We give our students the tools they need to reach their fullest potential! La Jolla LearningWorks is donating a new client package that includes 2 one-on-one sessions and enrollment for your student.

Flour Children: Natural, radical, FUN cooking classes for kids, promoting creativity and confidence in the kitchen- and emphasizing that what is good for the earth is good for us, too! Taught by Jamie Weisman. They will be donating a cooking class for your children and friends or a family cooking class.
